Gout - Soak You Feet! Flush Away The Uric Acid!

uric acid

Allopurinol can only suppress the degradation process of purine to uric acid and there is a limit to how much this drug can lower the uric acid level in your blood. Stop wasting money on those pointless visits to the doctor's office and the expensive blood test.

What is the point of keep on paying for the so-called medical consultations? The doctor always sings the same old song of...

"Oh! Gout is a arthritis condition that cannot be cured, all you can do is to control it with so and so drugs."

And the blood test reports always show more or less same figures. You can save your $80 medical consultation fee and $120 blood test charge.

Curing gout attacks by lowering uric acid content.

Gout has been a plague to many since the ancient Egyptian era. Studied by Roman physician Galen (A.D. 131-200), and many scientists since then, it wasn't until recently that it was discovered the direct cause to this disease. Now steps can be taken to treat and cure gout using a proper diet and to detox your body.

Health Benefits of Eating a Mediterranean Diet - Critical Things You Need to Be Aware Of

Mediterranean diet

A life that is long and free of disease and suffering is what we all want. But with the stresses inherent in modern living and the obscene levels of processed food consumption these days, it seems that this is more of ideal rather than the norm. In the Mediterranean, however, people have long been enjoying higher life expectancy rates and excellent overall health. This is mainly attributed to their diet that is commonly composed of plant-based foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts and legumes. Fish rather than red meat is preferred with moderate amounts of red wine taken at every meal. Greek cuisine also has a high fat content, but since it comes mainly from olive oils, it's a monounsaturated fatty acid that is good for heart health. As a result, the benefits of the Mediterranean diet have been well-documented

Gout - Painful Form of Rheumatoid Arthritis

uric acid

I am Dr. Patrick Flanagan, and this is my Doctor Health Secrets newsletter.

I am a scientist with over 300 inventions related to health, longevity and medicine. This newsletter installment is about a painful condition called gout and what effects it has on your body.

Pain Is Not The Name of The Game

No one likes pain, no one likes discomfort, and no one likes having to tell their friends that they have an affliction known as gout. Gout is an acute form of arthritis that causes severe pain, discomfort, and swelling in the joints. People who suffer from this ailment report that their joints feel as if they are on fire or are being burned by acid. Not two feelings that I would be too excited to have. The most commonly affected area is the big toe, but other locations can also suffer, such as heels, ankles, hands, wrists, and elbows. The attacks that surround gout are usually sudden, and typically only last for about 5-10 days. The problem is, they can be reoccurring, so the fear and panic of not knowing is enough to cancel racket ball games worldwide.
