Gout - Soak You Feet! Flush Away The Uric Acid!

uric acid

Allopurinol can only suppress the degradation process of purine to uric acid and there is a limit to how much this drug can lower the uric acid level in your blood. Stop wasting money on those pointless visits to the doctor's office and the expensive blood test.

What is the point of keep on paying for the so-called medical consultations? The doctor always sings the same old song of...

"Oh! Gout is a arthritis condition that cannot be cured, all you can do is to control it with so and so drugs."

And the blood test reports always show more or less same figures. You can save your $80 medical consultation fee and $120 blood test charge.

Look, those gout drugs and blood tests can only monitor the uric acid level in the blood. I do not understand why they medical professionals like to play around with the uric acid level in the BLOOD while the actual root of the problem are the existing urate crystals hidden in the synovial fluid of the joints.

uric acid

Look, it takes years for those uric acids to seep from the blood to the interstitial fluid and finally enters into the synovial fluid. And when the uric acid concentrationt reaches a saturation point where no more uric acid can be dissolved, crystallization of uric acid happens.

Over the years, more and bigger urate crystals formed in the joints which resulted in more frequent and severe gout attacks. As long as those nasty urate crystals are still hiding inside the joints, you will still get gout attacks even though you take allopurinol everyday to lower down the uric acid in the blood.

If you gout condition is chronic, chances are high that some the urate crystals has already formed in your kidneys which blocked some of the kidney tubules. The pain you feel at your back is the result of the built up of urine pressure in the tubules. It is safer to get a proper medical check up to confirm the actual cause of your kidney pain.

If those medical bills are too much for you to swallow, here is one economic solution for you. Cultivate the habit of drinking 500ml of water (preferably alkaline water or mineral water) every 1 hour during the day, which will total up to about 4 ~ 5 Litres of water in a day. DO NOT be greedy and drink more or faster than what is recommended here! This is because drinking too much of water within a short period of time will result in the dilution of your blood and cause water poisoning.

Try to soak your feet in hot warm water for about 15 minutes every night before you go to be. If you like, you can add one more soaking in the middle of the day (when your stomach is empty). The temperature difference created will improve the up flow of the blood from the feet so that better blood circulation will help to 'change' the synovial fluid efficiently and this will help to 'melt' away those nasty urate crystals.
